The Manchester attack occurred as concertgoers were leaving the arena after Grande's concert last week.
Grande confirmed the all star lineup earlier today when she poste the following tweet to her account this afternoon.
Grande first announced the charity concert in a heartfelt open letter that she shared with her fans via social media on Friday.
All proceeds from the concert will go to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund which was set up by the Manchester City Council in partnership with the British Red Cross. After returning to the United States, Ariana Grande had even chose to postpone her tour, being more concerned about the health of her fans than by going back on stage. Tickets go on sale on Thursday at 10 AM BST.
The concert is meant to honor and raise money for the victims and families of the May 22 bombing in the city.
