Allegiant to offer nonstop flights from Boise to Phoenix

Allegiant Air will launch nonstop flights from Las Vegas to Ogden, Utah, and Omaha, Nebraska, beginning November 17, with introductory fares starting at less than $50, airline officials are expected to announce Tuesday.

As a promotion accompanying the launch of the new flights, a limited number of tickets starting at $35 one-way can be purchased on the company's website here.

The addition of San Juan connects RDU to its 48th nonstop destination and one of its top destinations now without a direct flight.

Introductory tickets for the route start at $54 each, but flights must be purchased by June 22. for travel by February 13, 2018.

The new, year-round routes are projected to bring more than 33,000 additional visitors to Las Vegas annually, officials with the Las Vegas-based budget carrier said.

The Indianapolis-to-Phoenix flight is one of 28 new routes Allegiant announced this week nationwide.

The low-priced airline will now fly nonstop to Los Angeles and Raleigh/Durham.
