Should Tomlin coach out the remainder of the contract, the team would have then gone through a total of three head coaches over a 52-year span.

Pittsburgh, which has made two Super Bowl appearances during Tomlin's reign, has won 10 or more games in each of the last three seasons. This means that the Steelers' 16th head coach will remain at the helm through the 2020 season at the least.

Tomlin is 103-57 since taking over the Steelers in 2007, including eight playoff wins in 14 tries.

"I am pleased to announce we have extended Mike Tomlin's contract through the 2020 season", said Steelers President Art Rooney II.

Dilip Kumar Will Be In The ICU For Next Three Days
In 2016, Dilip Kumar was hospitalized twice. "Unki sehat mein jald sudhaar ho yehi meri Ishwar se prarthana", she said on Twitter. According to the doctor, the actor is passing urine and is also fully conscious as well as eating well.

The Steelers haven't even played a pre-season game yet and the regular season is more than a month away, but the first-ever Family Fest at Heinz Field is getting fans pumped up for the season.

Bill Cowher took over in 1992 and coached the team until 2006.

"I truly appreciate this contract extension, and I want to thank Art Rooney II for his support as well as everyone within the organisation", Tomlin said. But to hear him talk to Scott Van Pelt during the team's Friday Night Lights practice, you understand that it is not about the money for Tomlin. "Mike continues to prove he is one of the top head coaches in the National Football League".

It makes sense that Bell sent out a congratulatory message to Tomlin via Twitter, as he two-time Pro Bowl selection couldn't do it in person amid his contract holdout. He went on to proclaim that those in charge of the team are "confident and excited to have him continue to lead our team" as Pittsburgh looks to win another championship during his tenure.
