Some fine work from second-half substitute Federico Bernardeschi played through Dybala and the latter skipped past a defender and slotted comfortably with his left foot past Stefano Sorrentino in the Chievo goal to make it 3-0.

Such is his standing, Dybala was given the Juve's illustrious number 10 jersey famously worn by club legends Michel Platini and Alessandro Del Piero, with manager Allegri feels certain he's on the path to greatness.

"Dybala keeps getting better, both physically and technically, and he has all it takes to became the best in the world alongside Neymar when Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo stop playing", Allegri told reporters.

"I was a bit exhausted from the trip (to Argentina on worldwide duty) but I'm happy with the goal".

Argentine Messi and Portuguese Ronaldo have won nine FIFA World Player of the Year awards between them.

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri will get a final chance to test his troops before next week's Champions League opener at Barcelona in Saturday's Serie A tie at home against Chievo.

Rattled by the test, South Korea on Tuesday conducted live-fire exercises at sea in its second straight day of military displays. Meanwhile, President Putin positively evaluated the increasing participation of South Korean businesses in Russian Federation .

Allegri's 4-2-3-1 won several accolades last season but 1-4 loss to Real Madrid in Champions League final asked several questions.

Bosnian midfielder Pjanic had an effort tipped on to the crossbar. "This month is very important, we have a lot of respect for Barcelona and we will go there to perform".

Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny made his Juventus debut, while winger Douglas Costa also got his first start. "He probably would have been devastating in the last half an hour today", Allegri said of the Brazilian who is on loan from Bayern Munich.

Icardi added to his Serie A tally this season with a 27th-minute penalty giving him a fifth goal after braces in the opening two games.

"The team was winning, there was space to play, and when the coach brought me on we had changed the strategy", said Dybala, who has scored in the first three games.
