Shaw has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs in recent weeks, with United's eagerness to sign Tottenham's unsettled full-back Danny Rose paving the way for what could be one of the biggest moves after Christmas.
The 27-year-old has been suffering with a knee injury for 10 months but came back against Real Madrid in the Champions league last month.
But he wasn't involved against the Gunners and Redknapp thinks the end is nigh for the left-back in north London.
The England global was left out of Tottenham's squad for Saturday's North London Derby defeat to Arsenal as he tries to build fitness following 10 weeks out with a knee injury.
"Earlier this season he was complaining that the club need to go to the next level with the financial situation with players' wages - maybe that hasn't struck well with the manager".
Rose has only recently returned to full-fitness after a long injury lay-off this year
And, according to the Sunday Mirror, United are ready to offer Rose an escape route in a deal which could see Shaw head the other way.
The same report says that Mourinho is a long-term admirer of Rose and is keen to try and bring him to Old Trafford.
The left-back is fit but he didn't even make the bench..
Spurs claim that there is no bad blood between Rose and Pochettino.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils are looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League, when they host Newcastle United at Old Trafford on Saturday.

In the 76ers' two games since that loss to Golden State, Embiid has totaled 78 points, 31 rebounds, nine assists and eight blocks. The good news: No team is as stingy defensively as Boston, which has held opponents under 100 points in 12 of its past 14 games.
