Four Mega Man Games Coming to Switch

Mega Man 11 Arriving In Late 2018

Mega Man 11 Coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC

Information on Mega Man 11 is unsurprisingly slim at this point, as the game is in the very early stages of development.

Mega Man 11 and Mega Man X Collection are coming to Nintendo Switch, according to a recent livestream from Capcom celebrating Mega Man's 30th Anniversary. The company has released compilations for the classic Mega Man games in the last couple of years.

Mega Man 11, due out in late 2018, features modern graphics and appears to retain familiar elements and enemies. Capcom's Koji Oda is directing the project, and it seems like Capcom is developing it all in house. All those sequels might lead you to assume that Mega Man - or Rockman in Japan - was an immediate smash. This is a set of titles fans have no doubt been clamoring for, as the Mega Man X games are a beloved part of the series that have always been missed on modern consoles.

Rookie first-round pick Marlon Humphrey will be expected to step up and replace Smith the rest of the season. We have a lot of good, young players.

Finally, to add to all the announcements both the Mega Man Legacy Collection and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be making their way to Nintendo Switch sometime in 2018, and will also sport amiibo support.

Mega Man 11 is the next entry in the mainline Mega Man series, with it being the first new game since 2010's Mega Man 10.
