50 MPH Wind Gusts Possible For Hawaii Island

Southwest wind 5 to 10 miles per hour becoming north after midnight.

The next chance for precipitation will be on Tuesday, when rain and snow is possible.

The advisory warns of gusts of up to 50 miles per hour, which could make driving hard and give way to hazardous conditions in some areas.

At Auto Club Speedway, Magic of Lights, a holiday lights experience, was cancelled on both December 4 and 5 due to the winds. West wind 9 to 11 miles per hour.
