To be eligible, a company had to have at least 75 approved reviews from US -based employees submitted between November 1, 2016, and October 22, 2017, with a minimum 3.5 percent overall company rating and a minimum 2.5 across workplace factor ratings (career opportunities, compensation & benefits, culture & values, senior management and work/life balance) during the eligibility period. It not only beats Google, which comes in fifth, but is also the top restaurant industry company on the list.
