Top most offer of Vodafone was at Rs 509 offering 1GB per day on 4G or 3G data for a period of 84 days.
Currently, Vodafone and Idea too offer 1.5 GB of data for about Rs 350 but with this, they too are likely to hike the benefits under the plans to retain customer. The scenario seems to be a little different for the Rs 549 plan.
Very recently Reliance Jio revised nearly all its prepaid and postpaid plans. For high data users, the 1GB data per day offer may not be enough for most days. Reliance Jio which is already offering 4G data with free voice calling benefits to mobile customers, it has also launched a low-priced Wi-Fi router, JioFi, which is available at Rs. 999 and Rs. 1,999. In the tariff voucher of the company one can also enjoy unlimited calls (local, STD and roaming) along with 2800 local and national SMS with a limit of 100 SMS per day. It's worth mentioning that the revised benefits may not be available to all Airtel prepaid users, and these plans may continue to deliver earlier benefits.
Airtel's Rs 349 plan now delivers 2GB of data per day, unlimited local and STD calls, and 100 SMSes for 28 days. Alongside the data offer, both the plans also provide unlimited voice calling benefit to any network.
Three-way deal which could see Arsenal star join Real Madrid
Wenger is very much likely to play another second-string side when they take on the Belarusian outfit in north London on Thursday. Arsenal sit fifth in the table at present, one point behind Liverpool and 15 adrift of unbeaten leaders Manchester City .
The 4G download speed on Reliance Jio network increased from 19.3 mbps at the end of August to all-time high of 21.9mbps in September, as per the data collected from users through MySpeed app of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). This translates to a total of 56 GB data.
It's good to see Airtel matching up with Reliance Jio when it comes to tariff plans because the latter was a leader a few months ago in the tariff plans department. Now Bharti Airtel has hiked data benefits under its two lucrative plans.
Airtel says the Rs 1999 combo offer is valid only through November 7 to December 31 and is offering 10% cash back to its prepaid subscribers who recharge with Mastercard.
From an absolute value-for-money perspective, the cheapest plan from the operator is the Rs 498 pack which gives 1 GB per day for 84 days.
