National Football League upholds Gronkowski's one-game suspension for late hit

New England Patriots Tight End Rob Gronkowski Suspended One Game for Late Hit on Bills Cornerback Tre'Davious White

Ray Lewis went in on “one of the worst plays” he's ever seen in NFL

Buffalo Bills rookie cornerback Tre'Davious White shook nervously in anger at his locker Thursday while accusing Patriots Rob Gronkowski of being a dirty player for blindsiding him in the back of the head. It's hard to blame him, too.

"I definitely want to apologise to [White]", he said via NBC Sports Boston.

White chose not to comment on the one-game suspension levied against Rob Gronkowski, but he did confirm that he felt it was a dirty hit.

White said he will have nothing to say to Gronkowski, whom the National Football League suspended for Monday night's game against the Miami Dolphins, before that game.

Higher Ground Set To Be Worst Hit By Snow
Despite a number of clickbait articles about risks of snow this evening, this area is likely to avoid any snowfall this evening. The warning was released this evening after 4pm and is valid until tomorrow, Friday 8 December, at 6pm.

White, who entered concussion protocol as a effect of Gronkowski's elbow drop, was cleared to return to practice on Thursday.

"I'm glad I had my mouthpiece in", White said. I probably could've but my tongue off.

Gronkowski, who was penalised but not ejected following the play late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 23-3 victory, had his appeal against the suspension denied on Tuesday.

"It's a joke. I don't know what to say on that", White said Thursday. "Bad headache. It is what it is". "He snuck me with my back turned". He could of broke my neck. Dirty shot, so what does that make him? I mean, there was a lot of frustration and I was just really frustrated at that moment and it just happened naturally through emotions.
