Capcom has announced that it will be releasing a Devil May Cry HD Collection to the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC next year on March 13. The original Devil May Cry was the brainchild of Hideki Kamiya, who then worked on Bayonetta.
Priced at $29.99 Dollars, the collection will available in physical and digital forms.
The post continues to say all three games will run "silky smooth 60fps gameplay", and links the following Japanese trailer for the first game that I'd never seen before.
Devil May Cry HD Collection Capcom
Devil May Cry have already been remastered for current-gen platforms, but the earlier games remain off-limits. As with some of the greatest epic tales, complicated family relationships take a big portion of the story, with Dante's relation with his brother Vergil being part of many entries.
The publishing giant confirmed today that the bundle, previously released back in 2012 for last-generation machines, will be available to download or purchase in-store from March 13, 2018. The collection is titled Devil May Cry HD Collection and it originally launched for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The Devil May Cry HD Collection announcement comes as detailed rumors of a fifth game in the mainline series are in the works. Check out images in Capcom's Blog.
