The alleged victim in this instance is Vannarah Riggs, Swann's wife, and a fellow wrestler who performs on the indie scene as Su Yung. He started critiquing her performance when the two started to argue.
Police said Swann stopped his auto in traffic and started chasing a woman who had gotten out of the vehicle. Witnesses said that Swann didn't put the vehicle in park, and it continued to roll as he chased Riggs, resulting in the auto hitting a telephone pole. What's insane is Swann's auto was still moving when he hopped out to chase down Riggs, and it ended up hitting a telephone pole.
Another witness reported that Swann caught up with his wife and then got physical with her, first grabbing Riggs by her arm and then putting her in a headlock while dragging her back to the vehicle.

The woman told police she was afraid of Swann because "he has a temper sometimes". The Vic said she told the Def to pull over so she could get out but he refused to do so and she ended up jumping out while the vehicle was still (slowly) moving. "The Vic screamed for help as the Def pushed her in the auto". The Def stated that she got in the vehicle on her own and he never physically touched her.
After the arrest, Swann said he never physically touched her, saying they were just trying to get home and she had the phone with the Global Positioning System.
The couple is recently married; they Wednesday nine months ago and have been in a relationship for about 5 years, according to the report. Under that policy, anyone arrested for a domestic violence incident is subsequently suspended indefinitely pending the criminal investigation.
