The Slider Keyboard Moto Mod, developed by a third-party company called Livermorium, was the victor of Motorola and Indiegogo's Transform the Smartphone Challenge, after which it was put through Motorola's Accelerator Program where the cellphone company worked on the device alongside Livermorium. This new app will let you browse all moto mods and get localized support in one app. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for more tech updates.
This Moto Mod was developed a company called Vital, in partnership with Lenovo Health. As consumers become increasingly more health conscious the Vital Moto Mod saves time and money, streamlining the vitals measurement process and effectively replacing five discreet devices with one.
The Vital Moto Mod incorporates breakthrough blood pressure technology which accurately measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Motorola claims that it only takes about three minutes to find out the latest statistics of all five vitals. The mod's proprietary finger cuff with advanced sensors measures things like blood pressure. This Moto Mod is developed by Livermorium who are the grand prize victor of the first Transform the Smartphone Challenge on Indiegogo.
The winners are Livermorium, who developed a QWERTY keyboard Moto Mod which actually looks really nice. It also allows you to tilt your phone's screen upto 60-degrees for a comfortable typing experience.
Moto, the sub-brand of Lenovo, is putting all its efforts in expanding its Moto Mods portfolio.
Having said that, the Livermorium Slider Keyboard Moto Mod is priced at $99 (around ₹6304) and will be available for purchase later this winter, whereas, the Lenovo Vital Moto Mod is priced at $395 (around ₹25,150) and will be available in April.
Instead, Motorola is driving Moto Mod innovation and development from the outside, a strategy that is both smart and cunning.
