The Darkest Shore, the next installment of Call of Duty's Nazi Zombies saga, is launching with "The Resistance" DLC, Call of Duty: WWII's first expansion pack.

The gruesome and gory first trailer for "The Darkest Shore" has been embedded above.

Set just days after the events of the previous Nazi Zombies chapter, The Darkest Shore takes place on a "secluded" island, where Doktor Straub continues his sinister experience. You only need to wait until January 30 for the new DLC drop when it lands on PlayStation 4.

"Kahn is also the man behind Swift's unforgettable music videos for the Reputation tracks " Look What You Made Me Do " and "... Taylor Swift's reign continues with " End Game ", which enlists Ed Sheeran and Future for a few boozy nights on a global scale.

The Darkest Shore follows our heroes into the next chapter of their risky journey. The new chapter finds your Nazi Zombie-slaying heroes stranded on an island simply chock-full of zombies, with Marie, Drostan, Olivia, and Jefferson having received word that Dr. Peter "Glucksbringer" Straub is around somewhere.

Do you plan on playing this new content? Players will need to battle through an island that is covered in fog, infested by zombies, and surrounded by the German army. Ving Rhames, Elodie Yung, David Tennant, Udo Kier, and Katheryn Winnick return to lend their voices to the cast, and the trailer really makes me wish Activision would just make a full single-player campaign for Nazi Zombies.

Call of Duty WW2 Resistance DLC will include 3 new multiplayer maps called Valkyrie, Anthropoid, and Occupation. You can get this content by either purchasing the season pass for $49.99 or by buying it a la carte for $14.99.
