Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Brings the Chill to Nintendo Switch in May

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle DLC features Donkey Kong

The Nintendo Switch had an excellent 2017, which was driven in part by Nintendo's focus on putting a bunch of first-party franchises on the console early. In the case of Hyrule Warriors, we'll get all the content from both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game.

The 2014 platformer will largely be a port of the Wii U title, though a new mode featuring Funky Kong will be added.

Woman returns 'dead' Christmas tree to Costco for a refund
Costco is known for a generous refund policy under which any item barring electronics can be returned at any time within 90 days. The woman who brought in the fir back 10 days after the festival demanded a full refund claiming that the tree was dead.

Tropical Freeze is jumping onto Nintendo Switch later this year, the company confirmed earlier today. We do know that the entire game will be playable in local co-op, with one Joy-Con being used by each player. It's not that imaginative, inventive, original or quirky, though, and after New Super Mario Bros U or the superb Rayman Legends it feels conservative'. Funky has a lot more abilities than his contemporaries, with double jumps and infinite rolls and swimming propulsion which'll definitely take the edge off some of the more hard moments of Tropical Freeze.

Donkey Kong will be exclusive to this brand new adventure, which is planned for release in spring 2018. It means that many people missed out on some incredible games - and thankfully, they're making their way over to Nintendo's Switch.
