Google and Amazon have the same approach - get their respective voice assistants on every product imaginable. Klipsch has in two separate press releases announced that several of its products will soon add support for two of the most popular voice assistants, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
2017 was a whirlwind year for Google, with the Assistant now on more than 400 million devices, and Google expanded ways to interact with the Assistant - from Android phones, Android Wear smartwatches, the Google Home Mini and the Google Home Max to third-party speakers from companies like Anker Innovations. Another advantage that Google Display will have over Amazon's Alexa is that now there is full YouTube integration that Alexa does not have.
Google's Assistant also wasn't too far behind Alexa, with the company launching a range of new smart displays and other devices powered by the Assistant.

All but one pleaded guilty to fraud charges and were required to pay more than $2.6 million in back wages. He said there would be more employment audits and investigations, though there is no numerical goal.
What CES showed me is that Google and Amazon, kind of eerily, are on the same page when it comes to their voice assistants. The 8-inch or 10-inch display is flanked by a speaker grill on the left side (or bottom if you place it in portrait), and the back is either faux Bamboo or a simple grey. It can provide quick directions from Google Maps or Waze, and can send or receive messages from services like WhatsApp. The Blade is the first device Vuzix has developed which contains nearly all aspects of display and power source within the frame. Along with these devices also a list "smart displays" were displayed. The company will also roll out Assistant to more Android TVs including AirTV Player, Bouygues Telecom, LG U+, TCL, Skyworth and Xiaomi.
It's just fantastic how lots of people are coming to this event year after year and they're all excited to show stuff and find out stuff and they leave with much fun and facts learned from this event, even if a lot of those things are weird and majority show devices, it's actually great for everyone.
If that wasn't enough, Google Assistant will also live inside your auto. The company says Assistant will work with Android Auto. With the voice commands, users will be able to ask their TiVo to Select, Play, and Record as some of its more basic features.
Bloomberg's sources claim that Google's renewed emphasis on hardware - in this case with the redesigned store - is part of an ongoing effort to fend off Amazon as it's the e-commerce colossus Google is apparently most afraid of.
