Harry Kane's brace in Tottenham Hotspur's 4-0 spanking of Everton on Saturday, saw him become the club's all-time leading goal scorer in the Premier League era.

Just two minutes after the break Kane scored Spurs' second goal.

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to open talks on extending the contracts of Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min, and to hand Harry Kane a pay rise.

Eriksen added the fourth with a sublime finish nine minutes from time.

Spurs are just three points off the Champions League spots and will take confidence from their impressive 3-0 victory over Everton at Goodison Park earlier in the season.

In this way he will break all the records in the Premier League. The 24-year-old also reached the 20-goal mark for the fourth successive season in the Premier League but still lags way behind Spurs legend Jimmy Greaves, who scored 220 goals in 321 First Division appearances. However, they remain fifth in the Premier League, and are level on points with Liverpool and 18 points behind leaders Manchester City.

However, after his countryman Cenk Tosun signed for Everton, the one-time Newcastle player once against couldn't resist getting a dig in.

Israeli Military Destroys Cross-Border Gaza Tunnel
Earlier Motzoei Shabbos, the IDF closed the Kerem Shalom crossing, and it is to remain closed throughout Sunday. He said Israeli jets struck part of the tunnel and a new set of sophisticated "tools" destroyed the rest.

"It was a fantastic performance, I'm very pleased, I think we fully deserved this in the end, the victory", Pochettino said.

Eriksen played the killer a pass, an absolutely brilliant ball out wide to Serge Aurier and he took one touch before delivered what appeared to be a shot.

The Englishman doubled his tally for the afternoon on 59 minutes and while it was the prettiest goal he will score, it was the crucial record-breaker to make him Spurs' most prolific player in the Premier League era.

"He is always thinking "improve, improve, improve and how to score goals and to improve the team" because his mentality is always collective and that is so important to explain to people".

Everton had the ball in the net first but Wayne Rooney was correctly ruled offside. I feel it's easier for Turkish players to go play overseas now than it was in our time.

"Maybe I have a bit of responsibility by playing too much attacking-minded players and not as many defending-minded players".

Former Spurs player, Graham Roberts, took to Twitter to express his delight at Kane's performance. I saw some good signs of the players last week against Liverpool and I saw some of the worst signs in the second half today which is massively worrying.
