Also, both the Acer Chromebook 11 C732 and Acer Chromebox CXI3 will fully support Google Play at launch, so students will have access to millions of Android apps on Google Play to let them have more fun, be entertained, stay connected and remain productive.
Pricing for the Acer Chromebook 11 C732 starts at $279 with a non-touch display, while touch models start at $299. Other features include an 11.6-inch display (touch or non-touch), two USB 3.0 ports, and two USB 3.1 Type C ports.
Several models in the Acer Chromebook Spin 11 line will be available and prices start at $349 (roughly Rs. 22,300).
This morning, Acer is announcing a couple of new devices at the Bett show in London, which is an industry show focusing on education technology. The Chromebook 11 C732 is also quite intriguing, thanks to its optional LTE connectivity! These numbers, even without upgrading, are already higher than the average Chromebook but Acer isn't stopping there. Chrome OS has done well in education in the U.S., and it's likely Google and their partners are hoping to find the same traction around the world.
Acer has announced a new Chromebook called the Spin 11, a convertible design with a 360-hinge and 11.6-inch touchscreen. Similar to the Chromebook Spin 11, this laptop also has the same USB ports. It's available with Intel Pentium and Celeron quad-core processors, with either 4GB or 6GB RAM, and either 32GB or 64GB eMMC storage.
Hundreds of Journals Found In House Where 13 Children Kept Chained
Their bankruptcy lawyer, Ivan Trahan, told the New York Times he never met the children but the couple "spoke about them highly". Meanwhile, their children are now being hospitalized for malnutrition and - for some - cognitive impairment from physical abuse.
It is rated for IP41 protection against object and water intrusion, and according to Acer, is compliant with the US MIL-STD-810G military standard for ruggedness and capable of surviving drops from a height of 122cm (48 inches).
The Acer Chromebook Spin 11 is a victor with the 360-degree hinge design.
Meanwhile, the Acer Chromebook 11 C732 targets the same audiences and includes the notable addition of 4G LTE connectivity on certain models to complement Bluetooth 4.2 and 2×2 MIMO 802.11ac Wi-Fi. It has a fan-less design, also features two USB 3.1 Type-C ports, and promises to last 12 hours on a charge. Other specs include 4 or 8GB of LDDDR4 RAM and 32/64GB of on-board storage.
Now, Acer is following with the Chromebox CXI3 and its 8th Gen Intel Core processors. The display is only 1366x768, so a lot of processing power isn't required, but Acer is offering a wide array of display choices, with both IPS and TN panels available in non-touch, and IPS with touch as well. The CX13 can be had with up to 8th Generation Intel Core processors, and it features a USB 3.1 Type-C port along with five USB Type-A ports, along with HDMI, microSD card reader, and Gigabit Ethernet. No information on availability and pricing yet but the Chromebox CXI3 will be ready this year.
