To counter Reliance Jio's 1.5GB data per day plans of Rs 198, Rs 448, and Rs 498, Airtel has updated its Rs 199, Rs 448, and Rs 509 tariff plans with better data benefit. The company will now offer 1GB daily data, 100 SMSes along with unlimited national & local calls for a validity period of 84 days. The validity of the Jio Rs. 398 pack is 70 days. The validity for this pack was 70 days which was only recently increased from 28 days earlier this month. While we were unable to see the 84 day validity limit on a Delhi Airtel number for this Rs 399 plan, Financial Express and other news publications have posted screenshots with the new validity. On the other hand, for the same plan, Reliance Jio offers 1GB daily data along with 100 SMSes and unlimited calling. Bharti Airtel is now offering more validity with the Rs 399 data combo pack. Earlier the plan offered unlimited calling for Airtel to Airtel customers but now the benefit is available for all.
Previously, Airtel's Rs.399 plan offered 1 GB 3G /4G data per day, daiy 100 SMS and free unlimited local, STD and roaming voice calls.

According to reports, the new pack is now only available in a few circles, specifically Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, Airtel is putting forth the new advantages under the Rs 399 plan to choose clients starting at now.
