Given the hype around the release of 2.0 in an industry witnessing increased piracy, makers of the sci-fi are taking several measures to minimise chances of a leak.
And now, it has been confirmed that 2.0 will not hit the hit screens on 27 April.
Wunderbar Films, the producer of "Kaala", made the announcement on Twitter at 7 pm today. A stylish poster featuring Rajinikanth in a mass avatar has been released to announce the release date. Rajini's last film Kabali did not fair exceedingly well on the box office and hence did not pan out to be the blockbuster it was being anticipated as. The dubbing for the supporting cast is already underway and Rajinikanth is also expected to complete dubbing his portions before the end of this month. Luca is also producing Rajini's "2.0" which was suppose to release on 14 April but due to some extended delays, release date of that film is being pushed to a yet unknown date.
When is Lent 2018? The Christian tradition begins on Valentine's Day
Valentine (Valentinus) of Rome, a priest who was arrested for marrying Christian couples and aiding Christians being persecuted. You simply did not realise the self-giving, self-purifying component which authentic Valentine celebrations should bring.
Rajini had earlier appeared in Director Ranjith's "Kabaali" in 2016. The story begins with him as a child, when he ran away from Chennai to Mumbai and went on to become a powerful gangster from Dharavi. In the film, Rajnikanth is playing the character of Kaala Karikaalan who is an extremely powerful don from Mumbai. The music of the movie has been scored by Santosh Narayanan. Kaala is produced by Dhanush under his banner Wunderbar films and worldwide distribution rights are owned by Lyca productions.
We'll have to wait and watch.
