Launch window for SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket schedule to open around midnight

SpaceX is Days Away From a Major Milestone for the Falcon 9 Rocket

SpaceX ready to try again with Spanish satellite launch

Musk tweeted about the mission earlier, saying the satellite is the largest SpaceX has ever transported, at 6 metric tons and "almost the size of a city bus".

The launch, which will come from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, will mark SpaceX's first mission since its historic Falcon Heavy rocket launch February 6. It broadcasts more than 1,250 radio and television channels through its satellites to more than 30 million homes in Brazil and the Andes mountain regions of South America.

In the early-morning hours of Tuesday, SpaceX is expected to launch a new satellite into space for the Spanish company Hispasat. However, it looks like SpaceX will not attempt one of its signature rocket landings at sea after takeoff. A similar launch was successful when SpaceX had sent 4,800 pounds of payload into the orbit towards the worldwide space station. Then, just a few days later on April 2nd, the company will launch a Falcon 9 and its Dragon spacecraft on a path to the International Space Station with supplies for the astronauts living there.

By 2016 NASA extended the contract by another six missions from 2019 onwards, and the Falcon 9 is now being prepped for future manned missions to the ISS.

Mr Barnier welcomed the speech for offering "clarity" on the UK's aims and a recognition that there would be "trade-offs". However, Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister said the European Union is also set to reject this proposal on Sunday.

The PAZ launch also delivered two of SpaceX's own satellites into orbit.

But the Falcon 9 truly took off in 2017, when SpaceX carried out a total of 18 successful flights into space.

"We look forward to using Hispasat 30W-6 to expand our service offerings and capacity in the covered regions".
