The final "Sea of Thieves" beta will run from Friday, March 9 until 6 AM ET / 3 AM PT Sunday, March 11. Therefore, the developer "might have to temporarily put a hold on other players joining" to manage player load. The final beta kicked off this morning and is now active, but will wrap up for good on Sunday, March 11th at 6 AM ET. In addition to the Gold Hoarder voyages that were available in other betas, there will also be Merchant Alliance voyages this time around, adding some variety to the game.
Sea of Thieves' final beta has kicked off, and this time every scurrilous seadog is invited to prowl the high seas for booty and, more importantly, friendship. Players shouldn't be surprised if they end up fighting with other groups over the prized key to gain access to the loot. Rare will be keeping everyone abreast of any issues the game is experiencing over on the Sea of Thieves Twitter account.
The wrinkle is that these other crews might be just as unsafe as the skeletons, and while you can team up with them to claim the fort, there's just as good a chance that they'll betray you and make off with the loot. Might they even be there already? "We can't wait to watch and find out".
Sea of Thieves is set to sail on your console and Windows 10 as an Xbox Play Anywhere title on March 20th.
Dolphins trading Jarvis Landry to the Browns
The Dolphins franchise-tagged Landry, because they didn't want to lose the receiver without getting compensation. It appears the Miami Dolphins finally have made a decision regarding Jarvis Landry .
Since this is the most players Sea of Thieves has had to handle, Rare warns that you should expect some hiccups, and it might block new players getting into the game intermittently, when problems occur. Anyone can take part in the final beta, and there is no restriction on streaming via Mixer or Twitch, sharing screenshots, or uploading game captures to show off on YouTube.
Thanks to everyone that has helped us get to where we are so far. Most excitingly, we've seen many, many wonderful stories from our players, and recently we allowed them to share these with the world during our Closed Beta.
The closed and open Sea of Thieves betas have become more frequent as of late as Rare gears up with scale tests prior to launch.
