Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed Jeff Hardy was arrested in North Carolina over the weekend for driving while impaired.
The 40-year-old WWE star crashed his vehicle in Concord on Saturday at about 10.30pm, his arrest report shows.
Reports state that Hardy caused about $13,000 damage during the incident, the majority of repairs having to be made on his own vehicle.
Another report from TMZ revealed that Hardy submitted to a breath test which revealed that he was three times over the legal limit.
Hardy was arrested Saturday for driving while impaired, according to Cabarrus County Court records.

He also planned to meet US Embassy staff, and attend a working lunch with Monica Juma, the nation's minister for foreign affairs. President Donald Trump will meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un .

He "ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105ft of guardrail, before the back end of the vehicle spun out 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right northbound lane of travel", the report states. He was jailed for the same offence in 2011 for ten days. Hardy was arrested in 2009 on cocaine and prescription pill charges. "We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials".
Fans have long wondered whether WWE has plans for Hardy at WrestleMania 34, but it's possible they were planning to bring him back for the big show as he was reportedly set to begin shaking off the ring rust at the WWE Performance Center at some point in March.
Hardy, who is originally from Cameron, N.C., is now inactive in the WWE as he recovers from surgery to fix a torn right rotator cuff.
WWE filmed The Ultimate Deletion with brother Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt at the Hardy Compound last week.
