Nick Gordon, the man Whitney Houston's family say contributed to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death, has been arrested in Florida for domestic violence.

In the report, the officer quotes Gordon as stating he "just wanted Leal to leave his residence due to her ripping his shirt and throwing a bottle at him". She was found face down and unconscious in a bathtub in a Georgia home she shared with Gordon, whom she'd referred to as her "husband" on several occasions. Leal also claimed that he pulled her hair, and said that he should make her wreck the vehicle. In fact, Gordon lost a wrongful death suit and is on the hook for $36 million to Bobbi Kristina's estate.

The officer who filed the report confirmed that he saw visible marks on Nick's girlfriend, and described them as a "visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood".

Gordon was taken into custody by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in the early hours of Saturday morning following an incident with his girlfriend Laura Leal.

Florida Passes Law That Allows Some School Staff To Be Armed
Rick Scott is going to sign a bill creating the nation's first ever private school voucher program for bullied students. The Florida bill is a sign that progress may be possible in the unlikeliest of places.

Last June, Gordon was arrested in Sanford, Florida, for domestic violence and kidnapping his girlfriend at the time.

This isn't the first time Gordon has had a run-in with the law concerning domestic violence. The pair continued to argue when they returned to his home.

His story is completely different from the one his girlfriend told police.

'If he was locked up somewhere where somebody can rape him, that's just how I feel. His next court appearance for the domestic violence charge is April 6. Those charged were dropped when the woman refused to cooperate with police.
