The strong expectation is the Browns kick off the draft by selecting Sam Darnold out of USC.

While Barkley certainly seems like a ideal fit, many have expected that he would be drafted No. 1 overall by the Cleveland Browns. The Browns also traded DT Danny Shelton and a 2018 fifth-round pick to the New England Patriots in exchange for the Patriots' 2018 third-round pick. Among those joining the team are quarterback Tyrod Taylor, wide receiver Jarvis Landry, offensive linemen Chris Hubbard and Donald Stephenson, defensive lineman Chris Smith and defensive backs Damarious Randall and Terrance Mitchell.

Cleveland Browns General Manager John Dorsey continues to remake his roster.

They did address some of their depth at the position on Tuesday, signing veteran running back Jonathan Stewart to a two-year deal for $6.9 million with $2.95 million guaranteed. Fells caught 17 passes for 177 yards and three TDs for the Lions last season, but fills a need for the Browns because he is a good blocking tight end.

He rushed for 988 yards on 217 carries in 2016 and 940 yards on 240 carries in 2017.

This plan is backed by a historic funding of over 12,000 crore rupees for the next three years. He said the Government is working comprehensively towards this goal.

While productive, the 27-year-old Hyde still showed his inconsistency in the passing game, catching 59 of 87 targets for 350 yards.

Hyde finished last season having played and started in all 16 games - the first time he's done so in his career.

Originally drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 2014 with the No. 57 overall pick, the running back out of Ohio State had a rough few seasons to start his National Football League career, seeing three different head coaches in his first four years. Through the air, the former 49ers starting running back added 109 receptions and amassed 634 yards, scoring another three touchdowns.

The Browns are set to lose free agent running back Isaiah Crowell to the New York Jets, and they still have Duke Johnson (74 receptions last season) around. Crowell lamented not getting the ball more the past two seasons under Hue Jackson.
