Fish was a math substitute teacher at Montville High School and an employee of the Montville Board of Education.
Fish was arraigned in Norwich Superior Court on Thursday on four counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of breach of peace, according to the Hartford Courant.

"When the first few schools started going back I was really upset and didn't want them to give up", said Henry.
