WhatsApp Payment feature is now available for some users in India

This feature rolled out incrementally to all users, Whatsapp is adding more features, functionality to Whatsapp payments with new updates.

Now, users can redownload the lost media like pictures, videos, voice messages, documents etc. Users can update the messenger app to Whatsapp version 2.18.113, the new feature has been released between the WhatsApp version 2.18.106 to 2.18110. But from now on the messaging app will allow you to download deleted media files as well. Previously, WhatsApp stored "un-downloaded' media files for 30 days and when a user downloaded them, the application used to delete it from the server". However, now, WhatsApp does not seem to delete the data from the server and that enables users to download it again if it was accidentally deleted.

This new WhatsApp feature comes amid recent outrage over data leak by Facebook.

The new update will let the user download the image or video even after it has been downloaded earlier.

As per the reports, the timestamps for the chats on the WhatsApp for Android was showing as "89ESTERDAY" and "84ODAY" instead of Yesterday and Today.

You can tap on request money and enter the amount and tap on send request.
