Marketing VP Pete Hines has revealed that the upcoming E3 2018 media briefing is going to be the longest ever produced and live-streamed by Bethesda, which only further fuels expectations for the show.
Initially, people applauded the reaction as a pretty clever way to respond to and nearly debunk the leak, but then things started to get a little interesting.
The publisher's E3 2018 showcase will debut on June 10 at 6:30PM PST. "Not sure, but it's packed", he told his followers, without adding more about specific games.
This Saturday, Bethesda posted a tweet on its official Twitter page featuring an image of some disagreeable teeth that featured a particular date imprinted on them.

The Detroit Tigers come off of a 5-4, ten inning defeat at Texas on Wednesday where the pen just wasn't good enough. He remained in the game in right field before being removed for a pinch hitter in the bottom of the second.
And in the build up to the big conference, Bethesda has been teasing a new game announcement. The smoke left behind the rocket is the same pink color that was used in Bethesda's tweets about the Rage 2 listing. Big Ben's clock is pointed to 5:14, and 5-14 is written on the side of the rocket.
Because of the 5.14 time, fans are speculating that the new game will be revealed on May 14.
Wednesday's leak of multiple unannounced titles, which were presumably scheduled as surprise announcements at E3, was met with expected silence from many publishers and developers, but Bethesda leaned into the chaos. It doesn't have the same pink paint as the earlier ones, but it does show what looks to be a character from Rage standing in line to enter a building with Anarchy Tours on the door.
Whether we find out on Monday or at E3, we shouldn't have long to wait.
