The show sees competitors take part in a range of events, from show jumping to dressage, along with displays from The King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery and DAKS Pony Club - a ideal day out for our horse-loving Queen.

The show, now in its 75th year, is held annually in the private grounds of Windsor Castle and is the only event of its kind in the United Kingdom to host worldwide competitions in show-jumping, dressage, driving and endurance.

Palace officials have previously said he will attend the wedding if he is well enough.

Buckingham Palace said that the Duke of Edinburgh's hip surgery was a planned procedure and that he continues to recover satisfactorily. His daughter, Princess Anne, also shared that her father was "on good form".
