Set in a dystopian world where society and law have all but abandoned ship, Rage 2 plonks gamers on a desolate earth where 80% of the population have been wiped out by an asteroid.

Looks like fans of the first game and the shooter genre as a whole are in for a treat with RAGE 2.
Until then, it's good to know that someone, somewhere is working on a new Rage game considering that the first title was a very exciting project that never really lived up to its full potential.
When Rage released in 2011, it was both a tremendously ambitious shooter and a technical showcase.

While it is hard to draw a conclusion from just this one series of scenes, the clip immediately shows that Rage 2 has more character and tries to be more charming than its predecessor.
Prior to the teaser trailer being official launched yesterday footage of it leaked online. Fingers crossed it'll turn out to be as impressive as the gameplay trailer seems to imply.
