The almost 3-minute teaser video presents the iconic character created by writer Stieg Larsson, and followed up by David Lagercrantz in the fourth book in the Millennium series, in a dark world where a man cheats on his wife and likes to beat up sex workers. But Foy does not disappoint.
The film also stars Lakeith Stanfield, Sylvia Hoeks, Stephen Merchant, Claes Bang and Christopher Convery in important roles. The Girl in the Spider's Web is the first movie in the franchise to be based on a novel written by David Lagercrantz.
