On Friday morning, Bourdain again did not show up for breakfast.

Anthony Bourdain's suicide was not thoroughly planned, according to investigators. A receptionist and Ripert then went to Bourdain's room, where they found him unresponsive.

"There is no element that makes us suspect that someone came into the room at any moment", he told the Associated Press.

Blood has been drawn from Bourdain's body, as well as a urine sample, to screen for drugs or other toxins that may have contributed to his death. There was no evidence of foul play in his death, a prosecutor said. "We have no indication that he was consuming alcohol the days before his death or changed his behavior". It was her last public photo of her beau before he died.

In his acceptance speech, made by video, Bourdain said, "The world has visited many bad things on the Palestinian people, none more shameful than robbing them of their basic humanity".

Bourdain loved Thailand, and the country famously appeared on both No Reservations and Parts Unknown, where he ate brains and blood in the Northern town of Mae On and declared both delicious.

"Let's not forget that Anthony Bourdain was one of the few prominent media personalities who regularly humanized Muslims and Arabs as regular, everyday people-without politicizing their lives or stories", tweeted Khaled Beydoun, a law professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, and author of American Islamophobia.

"It's really too hard", she said.

Chef Wan said he broke into laughter when he saw Bourdain's description of him, as the American was initially very reserved. While no immediate cause of death was announced, reports claimed Bourdain died of suicide. In the preface to the latest edition of "Kitchen Confidential", Bourdain wrote of his shock at the success of his book, which he managed to write by getting up at 5 a.m. before his kitchen shifts.

"11 million people or whatever he's talking about right now, every restaurant in America would shut down", Bourdain said in an interview with SiriusXM radio.

And it wasn't until 2007, when he met the mother of his only child, that his "nightly suicide attempts ended". Thank you for everything you have done for us and the world that watches you, from opening up our eyes to many different culinary foods in the world to even our own states.

And, with that, it's probably safe to say that Obama spoke for all of us.

Cooper: "He was a modern day adventurer, and a unique - somebody with a unique voice, and there's not a lot of people like that left in the world, to be honest".

Fans of Anthony Bourdain have been joined by former USA president Barack Obama and United Kingdom celebrity chefs in mourning his loss.
