Trump told Macron EU worse than China on trade

"Fair trade now fool trade", Trump vents anger on NATO allies, Trudeau

Trump said on Twitter Saturday he directed officials not to endorse the communique as a response to comments made by Trudeau at a news conference after Trump left for his meeting in Singapore.

On Fox News Sunday, White House Director of Trade Policy Peter Navarro also defended the president with adversarial language.

Larry Kudlow, the White House economic adviser, also characterized Trudeau's remarks as a "betrayal". When you use it with your best friend, your next door neighbor, your greatest ally, and I think one of your singular best trading partners, it's completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and I call for, today, an apology.

Kudlow said, "That's correct".

- Trudeau added that Trump "will continue to say what he says", but G7 countries made significant progress on matters of economy, female empowerment, environment and jobs.

Adding to the U.S. trade deficit is "the fact that the U.S. pays close to the entire cost of NATO-protecting many of these same countries that rip us off on Trade (they pay only a fraction of the cost-and laugh!)".

In view of threatened United States tariffs on vehicle imports, which would particularly affect Germany, Grenell said that he was a "big auto fan" and knew how important the industry was.

"If they retaliate, they're making a mistake", Mr. Trump said. "They have tariffs on certain dairy and food products - 290 [to] 295 percent".

In their 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court determined that OH was in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. OH has sent more than 3 million notices of address confirmation since 2011, when Husted became Secretary of State.

Collins' peacemaking comments on Twitter came as Trump and his advisers hurled abuse at Trudeau following a G7 summit in the Charlevoix region of Quebec.

President Trump unloaded on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau this week; slamming the "meek and mild" leader after he publicly criticized Trump's decision to slap hefty tariffs on his nation's exports.

They welcomed stranded US travelers after the 9/11 attacks; they share the longest undefended border with the USA; and they have been our allies in the modern global security apparatus that Trump now wants to blow up.

"It would be with regret but it would be with absolute certainty and firmness that we move forward with retaliatory measures on July 1 applying equivalent tariffs to the ones that the Americans have unjustly applies to us", Trudeau said at a press conference closing the summit.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel described Mr Trump's change of heart on the joint communique as "sobering and a little depressing".

Updating the House of Commons on the G7 summit on her return from Canada, Mrs May said: "This was a hard summit with, at times, some very candid discussions. That's what weak, dishonest Justin Trudeau did, and that comes right from Air Force One", said Navarro. He told CNN's Jake Tapper that "of course" Trump's tweets about Trudeau actually had to do with North Korea "in large part".

Kudlow also accused Trudeau of going "rogue" and "pouring collateral damage on this whole Korean trip". These are the kinds of things that are common challenges across our countries and around the world where anxiety about economic prospects of individuals and particularly of their kids leads to unpredictability and sometimes political uncertainty.

"Kim must not see American weakness", he told CNN.
