The technical difficulties were also being felt in OH, where more than a dozen outbound flights were canceled, along with at least five arriving flights.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport reported one cancelled departure flight and three cancelled arrival flights from Charlotte. American, which is based in Fort Worth, Texas, moved passengers to flights on its main jet operations or other regional carriers.

PSA also has maintenance facilities at Charlotte Douglas and and seven other airports.
