When contacted by VOA, officials at USA intelligence agencies and other government organizations that keep track of North Korea's development of weapons of mass destruction declined to dispute the assertions in recent news reports that intelligence officials have concluded Pyongyang does not intend to fully surrender its nuclear stockpile.

On Sunday, Trump's national security adviser, John Bolton, publicized the more ambitious one-year plan that he said Pompeo will be discussing with the North Koreans.

Pompeo has already visited Pyongyang twice since April to meet with Kim - the first time when he was still director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

The White House has characterized ongoing meetings as positive but not commented on recent news reports of USA intelligence assessments saying North Korea has been expanding its weapons capabilities.

The president looked past recent intelligence reports that the hermetic nation had continued its weapons manufacturing activities even after the summit between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Singapore.

The meeting comes amid growing scrutiny of Pyongyang's commitment to denuclearization and as joint efforts to repatriate the remains of USA troops from North Korea take longer than many anticipated.

A second official tells CNN the Trump administration plans to present the North Koreans with a detailed list of tasks they must undertake to begin a denuclearization process. "It's important to remember there is now no agreement in place, only a general mutual agreement".

Administration officials are raising the possibility of setting up a September meeting between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in New York, Axios is reporting. Commenting on these reports, Maneshi said there is "little doubt that business is going on as usual despite talks of peace".

The huge victory sends England to the quarters for the first time since 2006, but it did not come easy at all. Eric Dier converted the game-winning kick to advance. "It is the team which makes the difference".

North Korea sent athletes to the Winter Olympics hosted in Pyeongchang, a South Korean mountain resort, in February, and the two countries formed a unified woman's hockey team then.

On Sunday, the KCNA said that Mr Kim had toured a cosmetics factory in Sinuiju, accompanied by his wife, Ri Sol Ju, and other senior officials. "Past history suggests this is not a likely outcome".

Meanwhile, some news outlets have reported that North Korea is increasing its nuclear production.

It's still unclear what the hold-up is, almost two weeks after President Trump told a rally in Minnesota that North Korea already sent back 200 fallen heroes' remains.

North Korea and Washington have yet to negotiate the terms under which the North would relinquish its weapons, so Pyongyang can be expected to seek leverage in those discussions.

Still, days after USA intelligence officials said North Korea has actually increased its production at secret nuclear facilities, Trump tried to take credit on Tuesday for single-handedly preventing war with the country. Axios reported Monday that some administration officials are even optimistic about the possibility of a second meeting between Trump and Kim, in September in NY. Only the Opposition Party, which includes the Fake News, is complaining.
