George Clooney reportedly hurt in Italian scooter crash

Actor George Clooney was injured on Tuesday when his motorcycle collided with a auto in Sardinia, Italian news media reported. A health official confirmed that he was taken to the hospital and treated for injuries that were "not serious".

The auto driver called an ambulance which took Clooney to hospital, AGI added.

George Clooney was reportedly involved in a auto accident on Monday. Cicognani added that Clooney was "not seriously injured".

La Nuova Sardegna says Clooney was knocked off his bike by a vehicle and sustained minor injuries.

NBC News reporter Claudio Lavagna tweeted: "George Clooney has already been discharged following collision between the scooter he was traveling on and a vehicle".
