Johnny Depp Sued For Attacking Crew Member on Biggie Smalls Movie Set

Brooks claims he kept his "composure" which allegedly led to Depp saying: "I will give you 100,000 dollars to punch me in the face right now". According to the lawsuit - filed by Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian - Rocky was concerned about Depp's volatility and went to get an LAPD officer for protection. That said, Brooks is now seeking monetary damages from the movie star, though the exact amount remains unspecified at this time.

Location manager Gregg "Rocky" Brooks filed a lawsuit on Friday, July 6 that alleges that the actor physically and verbally assaulted him on set, Us Weekly confirms.

Brooks claimed the actor had already punched him twice in the rib cage, before bodyguards are said to have removed him from the scene.

Brooks claims the production had a permit to film until 7 p.m. outside the Barclay Hotel in downtown Los Angeles and until 10 p.m. inside.

Johnny Depp has found himself in more legal trouble.

It is the first time the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children have been seen together as a family of five. She was recently seen sticking out her tongue at photographers while arriving at Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding in May.

Depp is also locked in a legal battle that started previous year with The Management Group (TMG), who counter-sued Depp after the actor sued its principals Joel and Robert Mandel for allegedly collecting millions in fees without his consent.

Depp has not yet responded to the lawsuit.

Brooks states that he was then fired from the movie three days later when he refused to sign a waiver stating he wouldn't sue the production over the incident. The filmmakers should have known that that Depp was using alcohol and drugs and was a threat to the well-being of others on the set, it says.

According to the court documents, when Mr Brooks approached an on-site police officer, Depp allegedly intervened, shouting expletives and telling him: "You have no right to tell me what to do!"

Depp is now embroiled in a legal battle with his ex-managers and is suing his former lawyers, claiming they cheated him out of millions of dollars.
