A man named Frank Ragin has done the impossible: Made Adam "Pacman" Jones the good guy. Jones, in what police said was self-defense, knocked Ragin to the floor.
Cellphone video footage shows that Jones and Ragin traded several punches with each other.

It was determined that Ragin was the aggressor and he was arrested and charged with two counts of battery. In February of the following year, he was arrested for obstruction of justice following an incident at his Georgia home.
Jones, 34, is now a free agent after the Cincinnati Bengals declined to pick up his option for 2018. In 2012, a jury ordered Jones to pay $11 million in damages to the victims. The NFL suspended Jones for one game for a violation of its personal conduct policy. In January of 2017, Jones was arrested after Cincinnati police say he assaulted a security guard in front of the Millennium Hotel.
When he was drafted into NFL, Jones was on probation for a fight in West Virginia.
