"The machine has already been delivered to Thailand and ready to use in the rescue operation in a partially flooded cave Khao Luang", - he wrote.

Four more boys were brought out Monday from the flooded cave in Chiang Rai after four others were rescued on Sunday.

They have no fever or serious ailments, said public health permanent secretary Dr Jesada Chokedamrongsuk at a press conference on Tuesday (July 10).

Hospital officials said the boys could eat bland foods, but not anything spicy. They did get a treat, however: bread with chocolate spread that they'd requested.

The first eight boys rescued are now at a hospital, and they are in good conditions physically and mentally, Thai health officials said here on Tuesday.

Calling the rescue effort "17 days that will be remembered forever", acting Chiang Rai Gov. Narongsak Osottanakorn announced that all members of the team, as well as three SEALs and a medic who were staying with them, had safely left the cave and were healthy.

DOJ reopens Emmett Till case after ‘new information’ arises
Relatives of Till pushed Attorney General Jeff Sessions to reopen the case previous year after publication of the book. Till was just 14 years old visiting family in MS when a white woman said he had made crude sexual advances toward her.

But with oxygen levels inside dropping to risky lows and the prospect of heavy rains flooding the area completely, authorities decided they had to move quickly and take the group out through the water-filled tunnels.

Narongsak Osatanakorn says the rescue mission began at 10.08 a.m. and involves 19 divers.

A crack team of foreign divers and Thai Navy SEALS guided four boys on Sunday and a further four on Monday through narrow, submerged channels from the muddy bank deep inside the Tham Luang cave where they had been stranded for more than two weeks.

They were trapped in the Tham Luan Nang Non cave that became flooded by monsoon rains while they were exploring it after a soccer practice on June 23.

"All five will be brought out at the same time today", said the head of the rescue mission, Narongsak Osottanakornon, on Tuesday. Musk posted several videos to his Twitter account that show the submarine being tested in a swimming pool.

And Gianna Infantino, the president of Federation Internationale de Football Association, soccer's governing body, has invited the boys to the World Cup final in Moscow on Sunday.

In a series of tweets in the past few days, Musk chronicled the development of his custom-built mini-sub. "Leaving here in case it may be useful in the future".
