Samsung's foldable smartphone, which is internally referred to as "Winner", was initially expected to be launched this year, Samsung CEO Dj Koh had revealed. This gives the smartphone the ill-fated distinction of being the first Samsung Galaxy S smartphone with lower shipments in the second quarter than in the first quarter. The leak shows off the U.S. unlocked variant of the upcoming flagship.
On the rear panel of the smartphone is a dual camera with tele and wide angle lenses. We must point out that the device shown in the live images looks quite raw or maybe it has to do something with the angle at which these images were clicked.
The foldable phone isn't the only new Samsung device on the horizon, however. It will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and paired with 6GB of storage with a minimum of 64GB. When closed there is supposed to be a side display like the one on the first Galaxy Note Edge, which is to provide status information. This technology is now being used in smartphones, even in Samsung mobiles which include Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. The report suggests the decision to depend on the response, the Galaxy Note 9 gets in the market.
Folding smartphone Samsung, which recently was named victor must be submitted at the beginning of 2019 in Las Vegas. It will be backed up by a 4000mAh battery.
According to ZDNet, Samsung is planning to announce the watch alongside the Galaxy Note 9 at its Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on August 9 and make it available on August 24. Shipments of the Samsung Watch and smartphone are believed to begin on August 24.
