Flagships 2018: All that we know and await

What We Think Apple Has In Store For the iPhone

Apple's 6.1-inch LCD iPhone Rumored At $699, 6.5-inch Flagship Named iPhone Xs Max

Here is how they differ, based on the speculation. Today, we've got one of these that confirms previous information for the iPhone 9, iPhone X (s), and iPhone Xs Max featured on reports. It may feature a design similar to the iPhone X. However, it will sport aluminum edges instead of the iPhone X's stainless steel casing.

Meechflow95 claims to have photographed two of these cases, both of which are held up against an iPhone secured in a store-demo cradle.

One thing we know for sure: the new iPhones will be revealed on September 12.

The bad news is that it seems like the iPhone Xs models will not be offered in these colors. While the 6.5-inch device will be a super-sized version of the regular iPhone X, the 6.1-inch handset is expected to be a lower cost device. Therefore, the inclusion of a 6.1 inch LCD panel on the upcoming iPhone is a welcome change.

Also, recall that on 1 September, California authorities reported that a self-driving vehicle Apple for the first time an accident.

Resolution is a little unclear at the moment.

Alongside the iPhone X, Apple announced a wireless charging pad that can charge an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods at the same time - something that's not now possible with wireless chargers based on the Qi standard. This 7nm manufacturing process will drastically increase the performance and power efficiency of the iPhone XS Max.

All three upcoming iPhones are expected to be powered by Apple's A12 chipset. The phone is also rumoured with a dual-SIM option, catering highly to India and China this time.

What features come with the iPhone XS camera?

Now, Slashleaks has listed a bunch of images that show iPhone 9 dummy units painted in various colors, including red, blue, and purple. This is slightly more than what is said previously for the particular model. While the 6.1-inch variant will get a single lens setup with a 12-megapixel sensor, the 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch iPhones will get dual cameras with two 12-megapixel lenses.

No specifics surrounding either camera arrangement have been leaked as yet but we'd expect the XS and XS Plus to stick with the same composition as iPhone X, with a few improvements.

Perhaps most importantly, Apple touts iOS 12 as being faster on older devices than iOS 11 for devices going back as far as the iPhone 5s and iPad Air.
