All watches and warnings for Tropical Storm Isaac have ended

Joyce forms in the Atlantic

83-Foot Wave Recorded By Satellite Monitoring Hurricane Florence

Eastern Daylight Time on Thursday, September 13, 2018, due the presence of Subtropical Storm Joyce (previously referred to as Invest 96L) over the Atlantic Ocean.

The U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Helene has 90 miles per hour winds, meaning it is a Category 1 storm. Satellite images show very little left as a recognizable tropical storm.

No coastal watches or warnings were in effect as of Monday morning.

It's now expected to continue weakening and dissipate in five days. This hurricane downgraded slightly from a Category 4 to Category 3 hurricane with winds sustained at 115mph.

It is predicted the Carolinas could begin feeling tropical storm force winds early Thursday.

Tropical weather heated up across the Atlantic Wednesday, prompting alerts throughout the region, from the U.S. East Coast to the Caribbean's Lower Antilles, as two active hurricanes, two named storms and two potential storms brewed.

The hurricane center is giving the system a 50 percent chance of becoming a tropical depression or storm within the next five days. A Category 4 hurricane at its strongest, Olivia spent about a week swishing around in the Pacific Ocean without making landfall before it weakened into a tropical storm.

Meghan Markle burdened by trust issues and shrinking inner circle
It sounds like Petrillo approached Meghan and engaged her, 'cause she notes in her tweet that she "couldn't have been sweeter". Taking to Twitter, Ms Markle wrote: "I am not candy coating anything anymore!" "What are the odds", says another.

Given its expected slow speed once it rolls ashore, they warned the heavy rain and storm could spread across a wide area.

Florence is now 485 miles from Wilmington, North Carolina. The storm is now moving northwest at 15 miles per hour.

However, according to the latest projections, the storm might shift slightly to the south and affect Georgia with heavy rain and possible flooding.

It's unclear whether Isaac could reach the USA mainland.

"Winds are likely to gust to 55-65 miles per hour quite widely in the warning area, with possible gusts of 70-80 miles per hour in exposure", the forecaster said.

Meteorologists have given Hurricane Florence, which is now heading towards the United States, a category four level strength, meaning the storm could cause major structural damage costing millions.
