Although the wedding is reportedly being planned for 2019, according to TMZ, the couple were both spotted at the New York City marriage bureau which is where one would typically go to obtain a marriage license.

Interestingly, the rumours have surfaced exactly two months after Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin got engaged on July 10. The baby singer had made it official on his Instagram handle with an adorable caption, which read, "Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!" "When you know it's right, it's right". "And they didn't. I think they love him more than me!" You make me so much better and we compliment eachother so well! The marriage license usually allows the couple to get married within 60 days, which means that if it was only a visit to the marriage court, Justin and Hailey will get married by the end of the year.

Jeff Bezos: Trump should welcome media scrutiny
Within this, the Day 1 Families Fund will support existing non-profits that offer shelter and food to young homeless families. Bezos' announcement comes on the heels of a number of high-profile philanthropic efforts by the country's tech billionaires.

The 21-year-old beauty is really enjoying the planning process of their wedding but Justin is also having his own input.

For now, we'll just have to anxiously wait for the Biebs to drop another mushy Instagram post declaring that he has Wednesday Hailey and they're ready to live their happy ever after.
