Police in NY say at least five people, including three infants, were stabbed at an overnight daycare center in Queens.
Authorities were called at about 3:40 a.m.to residence serving as a day care on 161st Street between 45th and 43rd Avenues in Flushing.
Thomas Antonetti said a 52-year-old woman, who worked at the private day-care facility in Queens, stabbed three infants - two girls and one boy - as well as two adults, a man and woman. Her relationship with the children wasn't immediately clear.

Antonetti, the police spokesman, said there were five or six other children at the overnight day-care center who were not injured in the attack.
A man and a woman were also stabbed but sustained no life-threatening injuries.
One of the adults attacked works at the nursery and the other was a father of a child. They are being treated at an area hospital. Police say she had slashed her left wrist and is in custody at a hospital.
