The Chelsea winger Hazard has revealed that one of his regrets is not playing under Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho for a much longer period and that he would relish a reunion with the 55 year old.
"After the title, we asked Mourinho for extra holidays".
During Mourinho's final months at Chelsea, Hazard's form was held up as emblematic that he struggles to bring the best out of players who are creative, but the Belgian has taken responsibility for his own shortcomings.
Hazard admits that Mourinho can lash out at his players if results begin to slide, and he believes there is one easy way to get him on side: by winning.
"Hazard is huge and I don't think even he knows how much he can still improve. We had a team to get a lot of prizes".
Hazard has made a scintillating start to the season, scoring seven goals in eight league appearances and helping Chelsea look like title contenders.
Yankees' Comeback Falls Short in Ninth as Red Sox Win ALDS
NY and Boston split at Fenway Park and are tied 1-1 in the best-of-five AL Division Series going into Game 3 on Monday night. A name no Red Sox fan likes to hear was on the field at Yankee Stadium on Tuesday night. "They won 108 games", Judge said.
Chelsea forward Eden Hazard says he would like to work with former Blues boss Jose Mourinho again.
Insisting, nothing was wrong with Mourinho's style of play despite negative thoughts among football buffs, but he felt bad because his performances were not good enough to save the Portuguese harsh departure Chelsea.
"Mourinho's image of an extremely defensive coach isn't completely right", the Belgium worldwide said. Want one day off? If everything goes well, Mourinho will experience football like me: easily.
Asked on Thursday whether he needed to play in Spain to win the Ballon d'Or, awarded annually to the world's best player, a smiling Hazard responded: "That's why I want to go, maybe".
"I sent him a message to say I was sorry he had gone and that I was sorry". The problem is he plays to enjoy himself and at times doesn't realise the importance of moving from fun to reaping the rewards.
