Mahomes completed 23-of-36 passes for 352 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions in the contest, becoming the first quarterback in franchise history to throw for at least 300 yards in five-straight games. "He got single coverage on the seam on that last play".

Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill had a second half for the ages in Sunday's game against the Patriots, but he was unfortunately on the receiving end of a classless gesture by a fan.

The Patriots seem to have found a jewel in rookie running back Sony Michel. But he turned the ball over twice in the first half and the high-scoring Chiefs were held to three field goals.

Patrick Mahomes had escaped the pocket on third-and-goal from the six, fled right and fired to Sammy Watkins running across the end zone.

Tremon Smith took the ensuing kickoff 97 yards down the sideline to the Patriots 3, setting up Hill's go-ahead TD. "They had one timeout left, and it gave us a little time to go down and kick the field goal". "We worked hard in the red zone all week, and it was a plus for us this week". "Those plays are when we want to run down, tackle and make a play but Hill is a tough guy to run down".

"It looks like it's too big for him tonight", Tony Dungy, who faced the Patriots in so many big games as coach of the Indianapolis Colts, said of Mahomes at halftime on NBC.

Everything changed in the second half.

Down 33-30 in the fourth quarter, it sure felt like the Patriots needed another touchdown. It was a game with a bit of everything-except defense.

It marked Mahomes' third touchdown pass of the second half - pushing Kansas City ahead for the first time since early in the first quarter - but the Patriots answered with a score of their own on New England's ensuring drive.

It will be San Francisco's fourth away game of the season and they've already lost their first three while the Packers are unbeaten at home with two wins and a tie. He came out and played his game and was able to get on the edge a few times, make big plays and we knew as a defense if we could limit those big plays, that would give us the best chance of not letting the ball go over our head. The Pats outscored the Chiefs 13-7 in the final eight minutes and 38 seconds of the game, and it happened with everyone chipping in for big-time plays. Again, Mahomes fired toward a moving target, who this time ran into traffic.

That's a meeting that everyone should hope to see again this season.
