The Pokémon GO team has today announced an upcoming new feature called "Adventure Sync", that will sync your Apple Health data and use it to help you earn Candy, hatch Eggs, and more. Because of that, Adventure Sync can be enabled or disabled at any time, saving you more battery when you have no interest in making progress inside the game.
Raid battles, special events, Community Day, and new Pokemon are all compelling reasons to open the game and get to the park. Niantic has just announced Adventure Sync, a Pokemon GO feature created to work with iOS HealthKit and Google Fit systems and allowing users to import their activity and movement into Pokemon GO. Additionally, when a partner Pokemon finds sweets or an egg hatches, push notifications will be sent to your device.

Rewards can be earned for each milestone you reach, and you get push notifications when your buddy Pokémon has found a Candy or when an egg hatch is imminent. Pokemon Go also created an app for the Apple Watch, but you still need to iPhone was nearby.

The new gameplay feature will sync in the background with iOS HealthKit and Android Google Fit and give players access to a weekly summary that highlights how much they walked. It may be recalled that earlier Pokemon Go could only count steps when the phone was awake.
