Vikings-Bears game flexed to 7:20 p.m. start on Nov. 18

NBC decided on Monday to flex the team's November 18 home game against the Vikings to 7:20 p.m.

The NFL also made one other change to the Week 11 schedule: The game time for the Eagles-Saints game has been pushed back.

For the first time in seven years, the Vikings-Bears rivalry is headed for "Sunday Night Football".

The Bears (5-3) have enjoyed faster-than-expected success this season and are in first place of the NFC North through Week 9.

The league also announced November 18 schedule changes for the Eagles-Saints and Steelers-Jaguars matchups. Kickoff is set for 7:20 p.m. CT. The Eagles (4-4) now sit one game out of first place in the NFC East.

The Steelers and Jaguars will play at 1 p.m. ET on CBS after being removed from their Sunday Night Football slot.

More relevant in the second half of the season than the television networks predicted months ago, the Bears will be moved to primetime in two weeks.
