Ginsburg 'Up And Working' From Hospital After Injury From Fall

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has left the hospital after she was taken to George Washington University Hospital after suffering a fall on Wednesday night.

Daniel Stiepleman - Ginsburg's nephew and the scriptwriter for On the Basis of Sex, a new film about the early years of Ginsburg's career as a lawyer - told Reuters on Thursday that she was "doing great" and had been making jokes.

"I will literally give 3 ribs to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg if she needs them, along with whichever other body parts she requires until 2020", said activist and WaPo contributor Holly Figueroa O'Reilly. "She said something very inappropriate during the campaign, but she apologized for it", Trump said about Ginsburg's recovery on Friday, according to a pool report.

President Trump has already had two Supreme Court nominees approved for the highest court - Neil Gorsuch and more recently Brett Kavanaugh.

Leftists have placed all their hopes for the Supreme Court onto the shoulders of a frail 85-year-old woman, whose potential death could send them into a panic. But I wish her well.

The next sitting of the Supreme Court isn't until November 26th, so once again, she's not likely to miss a day of work.

Celebrated in popular culture as the "notorious RBG" and at age 85 the court's oldest justice, Ginsburg is a liberal stalwart who has said she will not retire as long as she feels she can do the work.

"She broke two ribs in a fall in 2012".
