Lorde accuses Kanye West of "stealing" stage design

Debuting their Kids See Ghosts collaboration at the Camp Flog Gnaw music festival, the duo performed on a set that was reminiscent of one previously used by Lorde during her Melodrama tour.

Another day, another Kanye West feud. "But don't steal-not from women or anyone else-not in 2018 or ever", she wrote.

West has never seen a Lorde show and would never think to copy the singer, sources told TMZ.

During Lorde's shows, she would have a dancer inside while she sang, but later got inside the box herself during the performance.

Wendy Williams, 54, actually laughed when she heard that Lorde, 22, accused Kanye West, 41, of stealing her set design at his recent concert.

Technology stocks lead U.S. financial markets lower
ET, the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 117.76 points, or 0.77 per cent, at 15,156.74. Athenahealth jumped 9.6 per cent after the struggling medical billing software maker received a buyout offer.

As TMZ pointed out, West has long used stage designer Es Devlin for his performances. Justin Bieber performed in a glass box in 2016, and A$AP Rocky was part of the performance installation "Lab Rat" earlier this year.

The Rolling Stones and Lorde's pal Taylor Swift have also incorporated floating stages in their acts, as has Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, whose flying box also rotated mid air.

Ella Yelich-O'Connor has taken to Instagram, posting photos of the sets' similarities.

"After performing again, I realize the new album I've been working on isn't ready yet", he posted.

HuffPost reached out to Lorde, Devlin and West for comment, but didn't immediately receive replies. "Thank you for understanding".
